Animal flow basic forms

Connor McGregor UFC Champ has shed light on Movement training. As athletes we should move like athletes, and who are the best athletes on the planet? Animals. Prowl, Crawl, Leap, Stretch... be 250 lbs. and deadlift 450 and then move like a cheetah... Now that's an athlete. Here's a very basic movement intro.
