No Lifting Today: Snow

But... Cap's 1/2 Day Workout
You can go home, bundle up and:
1. Run a Mile
2. 100 Push-ups.
3. 200 Bike Crunches.
4. 75 Burpees
5. 100 Body Weight Squats.
Break them up between Call of Duty Games or Home Work Subjects!
Get it done!
