Open Weightroom 11/18 to 11/23 - Winter schedule kicks in after break

Make sure you are not missing workouts (with me or at home) in the build up to Thanksgiving!
Run 2 Miles
100 Push-ups
100 Bike Crunches
3 Minutes of Planking
100 Body Weight Squats
50 Broad-Jump-Burpees!

Active Rest Athletes. (And lots of turkey!)
