Half Day Times TODAY (WED.) 12:15-1:15

Are you Setting Goals? Your Coaches Live By Them

Athletes, are you pushing your training? Your old, smelly, rickety coaches are - and smashing them (Well, Coach Cap is those things - Coach D is still pretty young). Don't just live in a comfort zone, afraid to fail - Because there is no failing,
only: "Winning and Learning".

This past Sunday while you were probably sleeping, Coach Cap flipped the 800 pound Tire 120 yards (52 Flips): PR.
And Coach D broke Coach Cap's old record by flipping the 650 Pound Tire for 320 yards: PR.
RISE UP and make memories.

No Workouts Tomorrow - Instead please show up in the gym after school to support the Spring Into Action wearing BLUE!

Tomorrow the Stamford High Athletic Council is sponsoring a blue out Community service project to bring the school together to help our special Education student's programs. We want as many athletes to come to cheer on these teams as possible. There will be a teacher picnic after the game in Boyle Stadium for teachers, coaches and staff. There will be 8 special ed students that will help in the  games tomorrow. The softball team will be assisting in the afternoon they do not have a game.
