Athletes, are you pushing your training? Your old, smelly, rickety coaches are - and smashing them (Well, Coach Cap is those things - Coach D is still pretty young). Don't just live in a comfort zone, afraid to fail - Because there is no failing,

And Coach D broke Coach Cap's old record by flipping the 650 Pound Tire for 320 yards: PR.

Spring Into Action: Autism Awareness at SHS: BLUE OUT
No Workouts Tomorrow - Instead please show up in the gym after school to support the Spring Into Action wearing BLUE!
Tomorrow the Stamford High Athletic Council is sponsoring a blue out Community service project to bring the school together to help our special Education student's programs. We are selling blue shirts for $20.00 to raise this money. There will be a basketball game at 2:30 pm in the Kuczo gym between special ed students. We want as many athletes to come to cheer on these teams as possible.There will be a teacher picnic after the game in Boyle Stadium for teachers, coaches and staff. There will be 8 special ed students that will help in the games tomorrow. The softball team will be assisting in the afternoon they do not have a game.
