There will be 2 Open Workouts over Spring Break:
9:30 am- 11:30 am Tuesday & Thursday.
Coaches if you are sending over 10 kids come with them.
Enjoy the Break. If you are NOT coming:
Everyday
200 Push-ups, Burpees, Crunches, Body Weight Squats - Run 2 Miles and or 100 yard Sprints.
Don't lose what you have worked so hard to get.
