Yes, we've missed many workouts for weather and insane people but we continue! And Yes, Vacation will hinder us even more so -- get your buns to the weightroom today and tomorrow even if you are not scheduled!

Deadlift/Hang Clean/ Farmer's Today. Bench Squat Tomorrow!
