STRONGMAN SUPER SET: Squat 1 x 20, 15, 10, 5, 10, 20 (No Stops except to change weights)
STRONGMAN SET: Bulgarian Bag Stair Hops - 5 Races (2 Flights, 1 Flight, 1/2 Flight, 1 Flight, 2 Flights)
STRONGMAN SUPER SET : LANDMINE Triple Press 1 x 20, 15, 10, 5, 10, 20 (HEAVY!) /Russian Twist 6x10
STRONGMAN SUPER SET: Split Squat / Single Leg Hip Bridges: 1 x 20, 10, 5, 10, 15
STRONGMAN SUPER SET: Partner: Elbow Heavy Bag/Hill Climbers 10 x 30 sec. Rounds
STRONGMAN SUPER SET: 25 Push-ups/ TIGER CRAWL 25 Yards/ Stair Sprints 5 Rounds
